On Friday October 6th at 7pm the North Florida Interest Group became the newest Colony of Delta Upsilon. Jacksonville Alumni attended the ceremony as well as members from the Greek Community, the IFC, Delta Chi Headquarters staff, and North Florida Administrators and student life personnel. Director of Chapter Development Jason Clark, and Province 4 Governor Aaron Clevenger officiated the ceremony with Tyler Young, Director of Greek Affairs, giving a fantastic charge. The group welcomed parents and guests with a great rendition of "Hail Delta Upsilon!" and hosted a reception before the ceremony. Aaron Clevenger then ran a retreat in the forestland of Jacksonville for the new Colony with all members attending.
