The executive and administrative authority of the Fraternity shall be vested in the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall manage the affairs of the Fraternity and shall report to and be under the direction and control of the Assembly of Trustees. All power and authority exercised by the Board of Directors or any Officer or Director shall be in accordance with the Fraternity's Constitution and By-laws.

Brother Taylor is an owner of Refiner Products Manufacturing, an equipment supplier to the Wood Products Industry, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is treasurer of the NC State Housing Corporation and an active member of the NC State D Education Foundation. Taylor has three sons, a brother, and father who have joined him as members of Delta Upsilon. |

Brother Branch is President and CEO of the Virginia Ship Repair Association located in Norfolk, Virginia. He is a retired Navy Captain, who served nearly 30 years as a Naval aviator, completing his career commanding the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS GEORGE WASHINGTON (CVN 73). He holds volunteer positions on several non-profit boards in Virginia. He is a member of the Standards Committee and the Governance Task Force for the international fraternity.

Brother Dowd is an attorney with Elias, Books, Brown and Nelson, in Oklahoma City, where his primary area of practice is oil and gas law. He is a frequent speaker and writer on oil and gas legal topics. While Brother Dowd was president of the Oklahoma Delta Upsilon Corporation, the chapter acquired their new chapter house. Brother Dowd is chairman of the fraternity’s Standards Committee.
